Recipe: Boulevardier

Similar to a Manhattan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 oz Bourbon (or rye)
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth (Antica, Dolin, etc)
  • Garnish: orange twist

Directions:

Add bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth into your shaker with ice and stir until well-chilled. 

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with an orange twist. (or not, a garnish is a garnish... not the end of the world if you leave it out.)
