Recipe: Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Bourbon or Rye
- 1 oz Carpano Antica (sweet vermouth)
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
- Cherry
Directions:
Some will do 2:1 whiskey to vermouth. I prefer 3:1. Add ice to a shaker and add the bourbon, carpano antica and bitters. Stir until nice and chilled.
Strain into a coupe, or over a rock in a bucket. Add a cherry or two as a garnish.
Tip: Keep your vermouth in the fridge.
